We are open as normal during this time however there are some slight changes that we would like to make our customers aware of:
- While we have always held everything in stock that we offer on our website prior to Covid unfortunately, like most other companies we are now experiencing some stock delays on certain items. We are aiming to process any order within 2-3 working days. If we are unable to ship you order within this time frame we will email you with the reason and offer alternative products or solutions where possible. If not alternative product or solution is suitable for you, we will cancel and refund your order as soon as possible.
- Some couriers are experiencing longer than normal delays on certain products we offer. This generally effects items over 5 metre in length. Please allow plenty of time for your order to arrive if you wish to order products over 5 metres in length

I need something urgent what shall I do?
We are all working as hard as we can to get orders out quickly and efficiently. However, a Next Day or Same Day service is not possible at this time.
I have placed an order, how long will it take?
We are aiming for every order to be delivered to you within 7 days of order placement, though we hope it will be much quicker than this. If you have not received a shipped email notification within 3 days of order placement please email us. If you have not received your order within 7 days then please email us.
I need to speak to someone for advice what shall I do?
To keep our prices as low as possible, we do not offer phone support but you can email us with any questions. Our aim currently is to reply to any email within 24 hours. Please include your order number when contacting with regards to an order placed.
