From Saturday 2nd May, we are open again to accept orders on all products on our website. We will be working hard to process all orders while following social distancing measures.

Delivery of items over 2.5 Metres

Unfortunately our courier who delivers items over 2.5 metres in lengths are struggling to keep up with the demand at present. This means we have had to make the difficult decision to reduce the amount of deliveries we make with them.

We can still send your order via Fedex on a next day service however their maximum length they are able to carry is 2.5 metres. This means we would need to cut your order down to size for shipping. Fascia, window and angle trims and cladding would be cut to 2.5 metre lengths. Gutter would be cut to 2 metre lengths.

Alternatively we can send your order via our courier who does deliver over 3 metres in length, however there could be a delay of 2 weeks or more until your order will reach you.

If you place an order for any items over 2.5 Metres in length, we will contact you to chose either option above, or to request your order to cancelled and refunded. Your order will be placed on hold until we have had a reply from you.

This is not a decision we have taken lightly but to offer our normal great customer service and high quality products we feel it is best to make our customers aware of the delivery restrictions we are facing in these current times.

I need something urgent what shall I do?

We are all working as hard as we can to get orders out quickly and efficiently. If you order is urgent please allow up to 5 days for us to contact you. A Next Day or Same Day service is not possible at this time.

I have placed an order, how long will it take?

We are aiming for every order to be delivered to you within 10 days of order placement, though we hope it will be much quicker than this. If you have not received your order within 10 days then please email us. To keep us operating as quickly and efficiently as possible please do not contact us to check on an order before 10 days has passed.

I need to speak to someone for advice what shall I do?

To keep our prices as low as possible, we do not offer phone support but you can email us with any questions. Our aim currently is to reply to any enquiries within 3 days and any order enquiries within 24 hours. Please include your order number when contacting with regards to an order placed.
