Returns

To return any item Email Us to obtain an RMA number (this must be done for all orders)

Unwanted Orders:

  1. Email Us to obtain an RMA Number (include your Name and Order Number) within 14 days of receiving your order
  2. Write your RMA Number on the Packing Slip you received with your order
  3. Highlight all items being returned (no need to do this if entire order is being returned)
  4. Add the Packing Slip and RMA Number to the parcel and return within 14 days of obtaining the RMA number (the address is below)
  5. Your refund will be processed within 14 days of the return reaching us
  6. The return delivery costs are the responsibility of the buyer

Damaged & Faulty Orders:

  1. Email Us with photos of the damage/faults (include your Name and Order Number)
  2. When a return for refund is offered, we will supply an RMA number and either a collection of the damaged goods or a returns label
  3. Write your RMA Number on the Packing Slip you received with your order
  4. Highlight all items being returned that are damaged/faulty. DO NOT include any undamaged items in this parcel
  5. Add the Packing Slip and RMA Number to the parcel and return by the delivery option we have agreed with you
  6. Your refund will be processed within 7 days of the return reaching us
  7. Replacements will be sent to you as soon as we receive the damaged item(s), and should arrive within 2 working days
  8. Return delivery costs will only be reimbursed where you have a valid RMA number, and have used the return method specified in your RMA email
