Returns
To return any item Email Us to obtain an RMA number (this must be done for all orders)
Unwanted Orders:
- Email Us to obtain an RMA Number (include your Name and Order Number) within 14 days of receiving your order
- Write your RMA Number on the Packing Slip you received with your order
- Highlight all items being returned (no need to do this if entire order is being returned)
- Add the Packing Slip and RMA Number to the parcel and return within 14 days of obtaining the RMA number (the address is below)
- Your refund will be processed within 14 days of the return reaching us
- The return delivery costs are the responsibility of the buyer

Damaged & Faulty Orders:
- Email Us with photos of the damage/faults (include your Name and Order Number)
- When a return for refund is offered, we will supply an RMA number and either a collection of the damaged goods or a returns label
- Write your RMA Number on the Packing Slip you received with your order
- Highlight all items being returned that are damaged/faulty. DO NOT include any undamaged items in this parcel
- Add the Packing Slip and RMA Number to the parcel and return by the delivery option we have agreed with you
- Your refund will be processed within 7 days of the return reaching us
- Replacements will be sent to you as soon as we receive the damaged item(s), and should arrive within 2 working days
- Return delivery costs will only be reimbursed where you have a valid RMA number, and have used the return method specified in your RMA email
