We understand that it’s not always easy to get the right product for your requirements first time so we have introduced an easy returns solution for smaller products which will fit in a box of 46cm x 46cm x 61cm and weight up to 20kg. Please ensure you return your order to us within 14 days of receiving it, after this time your return may incur additional admin and restocking fees.

Please follow the step below to create a return:

Unwanted Orders:

  1. Items that fit in a box of 46cm x 46cm x 61cm and weight up to 20kg
  2. Package up your parcel and enclose a copy of your order
  3. Go to our Royal Mail Portal https://www.royalmail.com/track-my-return#/details/6752 and create your own return label, following the steps
  4. Your refund will be processed within 14 days of the return reaching us
  5. The cost of this service is only £3.99 + VAT which will be automatically deducted from your total refund so there is nothing extra to pay to return items to us

Unwanted Orders that are too large for our Royal Mail Tracked Returns service:

To return any unwanted item that is larger than 46cm x 46cm x 61cm or weighs more than 20kg please Email Us to obtain an RMA number.

  1. Email Us to obtain an RMA Number (include your Name and Order Number) within 14 days of receiving your order
  2. Write your RMA Number on the Packing Slip you received with your order
  3. Highlight all items being returned (no need to do this if entire order is being returned)
  4. Add the Packing Slip and RMA Number to the parcel and return within 14 days of obtaining the RMA number (the address is below)
  5. Your refund will be processed within 14 days of the return reaching us
  6. The return delivery costs are the responsibility of the buyer

Damaged & Faulty Orders:

  1. DO NOT RETURN ANY DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS TO US WITHOUT REPORTING IT FIRST
  2. Email Us with photos of the damage/faults (include your Name and Order Number)
  3. When a return for refund is approved, we will supply an RMA number and either organise a collection of the damaged goods or provide you with a returns label
  4. Write your RMA Number on the Packing Slip you received with your order
  5. Highlight all items being returned that are damaged/faulty. DO NOT include any undamaged items in this parcel
  6. Add the Packing Slip and RMA Number to the parcel and return by the delivery option we have agreed with you
  7. Your refund will be processed within 7 days of the return reaching us
  8. If you have chosen to have replacements, these will be sent to you as soon as we receive the damaged item(s), and should arrive within 2 working days
  9. Return delivery costs will only be reimbursed where you have a valid RMA number, and have used the return method specified in your RMA email
